Western Areas' nickel mine production in the third quarter decreased by 23.8% from the previous quarter

The third quarter output report of the Australian nickel miner Western Areas showed that the output of Forrestania nickel ore was 3741 tons, a decrease of 23.8% from the previous month, reflecting the change in the grade of Flying Fox nickel ore and the increase in low-grade mining areas. The output of nickel concentrate was 3804 tons, a decrease of 17.7% from the previous month, which was also affected by low-grade ore and low recovery rate. The sales volume of nickel ore was 3962 tons, a decrease of 4.5% from the previous month.
